About Us
Hi, I'm Ryan Zimbauer, and I created Missionary Pro Support to help missionaries and their families. I served as a full-time missionary from 2021-2023, assigned to the New York Syracuse Mission. While helping the people of Upstate NY, I was able to share and develop my talents in using social media and technology to further the sharing of the gospel around the world. I then worked part-time in the Technology Operations group of the Missionary Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am currently a student at BYU studying Civil Engineering and serve my young single adult ward as a technology specialist and assistant ward clerk.
Shortly after getting back from my mission, I got several texts from other RMs that had been home for over 6 months, asking if they could still retrieve their precious pictures and videos they took on their mission. It is tragic to me that the Lord has placed into our hands inventions of immense potential, yet the benefits are lost because of poor communication and diligence. This service began from me trying to help fellow BYU returned missionaries to save their mission memories before they are quickly gone forever. I'm now offering help to prospective, current, and returned missionaries worldwide who have technology support needs that require time and care that official missionary technology support is underequipped to provide. I'm also helping ward members and mission leaders to develop technology solutions to better help them magnify their callings.
Missionary Pro Support is an independent technology support service provider and should not be confused with the Missionary Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If you require services that can be achieved only with official support, I will try to direct you to the appropriate channel.
